This bottle captures the soul of our land. Our Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce is macerated on the skins for at least 36 hours, naturally fermented, and aged on its lees. Deep ruby in color, dry and bold on the palate—it’s the perfect match for Emilia’s traditional dishes, and a good game of cards.

Our pure Sorbara, fermented off the skins. We love it for its dry, clean taste, delicate citrus notes, and refreshing brightness. Perfect for any gathering—this is the kind of wine that turns a simple toast into something worth remembering.

Our rosé made from Salamino di Santa Croce. Bright with red berries and a hint of wild strawberry, it’s dry, fresh, and balanced. Ideal for aperitivo with friends, and made to shine with pasta, white meats, or a great seafood dish.

Our traditional method made from 100% Sorbara, with no added sugar. Bone dry, savory, and crisp, it brings elegance and energy to any special moment. You’ll recognize it by its pale hue and the signature tissue wrap that makes opening a bottle feel like a celebration.
GIANNI CARLO
ROSSO DELL’EMILIA IGT
A rare take on Salamino di Santa Croce: still, red, and aged in French oak. Fresh and drinkable, with toasty, balsamic notes that make it stand out. We love it alongside holiday dishes from the Emilia tradition, or whenever you're craving something a little different from your usual Lambrusco.
